The Tri-State Sponsorship Committee works with organizations who are interested in sponsoring chapter meetings and events to assist the chapter financially in return for an opportunity to promote their product or service to our members.
We’ve added some new sponsorship opportunities for the upcoming year. Please click on the link to the left to learn more about the many opportunities to promote your organization at Tri-State events, activities, and programs. Thank you for your interest and support of Tri-State.
Preferred Vendor Program: The purpose of this special designation is to recognize vendors who have shown a commitment, in both time and resources, to Tri-State HRMA. And who exhibit high professional and ethical standards in the provision of their services and products.
Preferred Vendors will be recognized in various ways throughout the program year. This recognition shall include the following special attention grabbers:
q Inclusion on Preferred Vendors List posted on Tri-State’s website and in our annual membership directory. List to include contact information and services provided.
q The names of all Preferred Vendors will also be highlighted in the “services directory” within the membership directory.
q Presidential recognition at each monthly meeting of all new preferred vendors.
q A profile in the Tri-State newsletter.
Preferred Vendor Criteria:
Eligible after one full year of membership with Tri-State and subject to approval by Tri-State’s Board of Directors.
To be recognized as a Preferred Vendor requires that within the previous program year a vendor must have:
q Attended at least 4 Tri-State monthly meetings
q Actively participated in at least one Tri-State Committee
q Provided at least $1000 of sponsorship to Tri-State*
q Participated in Tri-State’s annual conference
q Secured a letter of recommendation from two HR professionals who are Tri-State members to whom the vendor has provided a product or service
* Attaninable via conference fee, monthly meeting sponsorship fee, or other Tri-State events.
