Conference Exhibitors
Each year since its inception, the Tri-State Conference has grown in size and stature. Exhibitors, Advertisers and Sponsors have all praised the conference for its organization and for its effectiveness as a sales tool. We are really excited about the 22nd annual conference and anticipate that this conference will continue to be a tremendous success for everyone who participates.
This year the exhibit space is limited to 54 spots. The tables will be set up throughout the high traffic areas of the facility and in the Pemberton B Room, however to maximize space for all exhibitors chairs will not be set up, but may be available. The conference committee has worked very diligently on the new floor plan to facilitate increased levels of traffic to all booths in several ways, including, but not limited to disbursing certain food and drink stations in the midst of the exhibition space and only having one row of exhibitors around the atrium. NOTE: ONLY SPACES IN THE PEMBERTON B ROOM ARE AVAILABLE AS OF MARCH 1ST; ALL OTHER AREAS ARE FULL!
Again this year Tri-State will shift the focus of our materials to a PDF based electronic format. As a result, all advertisements will be put, with all conference materials onto the 22nd anniversary conference CD, which all participants will receive.
Reservations fill up very quickly, so you'll want to reserve right away.
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and full payment [along with proof of insurance for all exhibitors] must accompany your registration form to hold your table and guarantee the additional pre-conference mailing exposure.
