Help with Matrix Organizations
Does anyone in our membership have experience with matrix organizations?

The S/PHR Study Group is having some difficulty distinguishing these from the divisional type of organization.
Both include dual reporting.

Any help would be appreciated by the group.  Sherry Tomlinson
