Mr. Pearce has provided a range of employment-related services throughout his career, including employer compliance, employee incentive consulting and international compensation benchmarking.
He earned Arts and Law degrees from the University of Sydney and has obtained Six Sigma Greenbelt. He is certified as GPHR and currently sits on the Forms Review Panel for the GPHR certification exam.
